South Korea will start the "official" courier service evaluation
Recently, the Korea Land Department announced that from 2016 onwards, annual domestic logistics, express delivery companies service all-round evaluation, the evaluation results will be publicized nationwide. It is understood that the evaluation of the service include corporate credit, cordial, satisfaction and business environment. Land Department will set up a panel of experts, through multi-channel, multi-angle to collect business data analysis, the final formation of the evaluation results, people across the country to the public. Korea Land Department spokesman said announcing the results of the evaluation is to protect the citizens' right to information, which will objectively and fairly reflect the level of service, not doping will of the government. Earlier, the South Korean government for the logistics, express delivery industry does not evaluate the relevant legal provisions, will now be at the governmental level and the legal aspects of the enterprise service standardization evaluation. Data show that, over the years, China's express delivery service overall satisfaction score steadily.
